Terms and Conditions for Darelmadina

  1. Booking and Payment
    A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before departure.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will incur a fee of 25% of the total package cost. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.

  3. Travel Insurance
    It is highly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

  4. Passports and Visas
    All travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of return. Darelmadina will assist with the Umrah visa application process, but it is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements.

  5. Accommodation
    Accommodation is based on double, triple, or quad occupancy as per the package selected. Any changes to accommodation arrangements must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

  6. Meals
    Meals included in the package are specified in the itinerary. Any additional meals or special dietary requirements must be arranged by the traveler.

  7. Transportation
    Transportation services provided include airport transfers, inter-city travel, and Ziyarat visits as per the itinerary. Any additional transportation requests may incur extra charges.

  8. Changes to Itinerary
    Darelmadina reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, security concerns, or operational issues.

  9. Health and Safety
    Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel. Any health conditions or special requirements must be communicated to Darelmadina at the time of booking.

  10. Liability
    Darelmadina is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to travel plans. Travelers are responsible for their own personal belongings and travel documents.

  11. Code of Conduct
    Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow local laws and customs. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of travel services without refund.

  12. Complaints and Disputes
    Any complaints or disputes must be reported to Darelmadina in writing within 14 days of the incident. Darelmadina will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.
